Furniture maintained to preserve the materials and again preventing homeowners from having to replace in the future. These pictures show a leak that was visible from the trim that seemed minor, but as seen in the pictures the support beams were fully rotted from the water damage. Framing, trim work and roof repairs ensued.
Island top resealed for maximum durability and repainted island. Increasing life of wood top and eliminating deterioration so a full replacement is not needed in the future. Ultimately saving our customers money!
